We take immense pride in the homes we presented this year, featuring bold architectural and design choices. We’re thrilled to announce that our entries once again received prestigious awards. These homes are the result of months of planning, hard work, and passion, and we couldn’t be prouder of the final result. What is the Triangle Parade of Homes?
The Triangle Parade of Homes is held annually, with this year’s tours spanning the weekends of September 28-29, October 4-6, and October 11-13. As one of the largest events of its kind in the country, it attracts visitors from near and far to explore expertly crafted homes up close. Whether you're seeking inspiration for a custom build or looking to purchase a new home, this event offers a unique opportunity to experience the latest trends in design and innovation.
The event is free to the public, allowing anyone to tour stunning homes across Raleigh and Durham. For many, it's a chance to discover their dream home, explore cutting-edge home technologies, or draw inspiration from beautifully curated finishes and decor. And yes, many of these homes are available for purchase!

Each home in the Parade is judged against others within a similar price range, adding a layer of friendly competition to the festivities. This ensures that homes are evaluated fairly, based on their craftsmanship, design, and features relative to their cost. Some homes even have the opportunity to be judged twice, depending on their county, which heightens the excitement. Homes By Dickerson is honored to continue its tradition of building award-winning homes, consistently rising to the challenge and showcasing the best of our custom craftsmanship year after year.
