The Nationals honor the best in the building industry — including home builders, developers, associates, and consultants — for their determination, integrity, creativity, and endurance. From over 1,200 entries, Silver Award winners represent the top vote recipients in their categories and move forward as finalists for the prestigious Gold Awards. This year’s winners will be celebrated on February 25, 2025, during a special event at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas.

·          Judging Process: A panel of 13 industry professionals evaluates entries over four days, selecting winners across 61 categories.
